  • Book your repair online, using our repair submission tool.

  • We will collect your device from your office on your selected date and leave a loan phone if requested. 

  • We will diagnose and repair your device at our centre in Rochester, Kent. 

  • We will return your device on one of our own vehicles, safely and securely.
